Dreaming of God (or whoever you consider the supreme deity to be) is a little more common (although still quite rare) than you might think. It's just that 99% of people do not recognize that it is actually God or a message from God at all.

God, almost without exception, does not appear as he is commonly depicted in pictures and paintings. Instead you will find yourself dreaming of being surrounded by vast open spaces such as space, a desert, or an ocean.

In each instance you will find the scale of wherever you are almost overwhelming. Because it is so overwhelming (and you feel almost insignificant) the actual message is very often missed. You remember the desert (or wherever) part of the dream but nothing else. The message itself is missed. It is important to pay attention to any subsequent dreams as the message will be passed to you then if you missed it the first time.
